We recognize that each individual has specific objectives, budget and time. “One-size-fits-all” training approach does not work with everyone. That’s why we offer a number of training options to make fitness training accessible to you.
We hold relevant certifications and degrees and are experienced in the real world training. Since the industry is always changing and new information are always out, we make it a point to keep ourselves up to date with the fitness information. We cut through the chaff and present training system in a way that works for you.

We will identify your goal, your specific fitness need and your current stage of physical ability to customise your training program. Some measurements might be required at this point of time.
Pre-planned training session
After we have a clear understanding of your fitness needs and capacity, we will have your program planned prior to your arrival so that the trainer waste no time in figuring what to do next. We will organise the training from the warm up to cool down to ensure that you experience a focus and effective workout.
Form is very important for the exercise to be effective. Besides giving you customised program, we give you dedicated coaching to correct your form to maximize results and minimize injuries. That’s something that you can’t get from an online video and guide.
Are you working out for specific performance enhancement or fat loss? Then leave it up to us to tailor a 6-8 weeks training program to help you to achieve your goal. After the 6-8 weeks training program, we will evaluate the progress and measurements and review the training program.
